A nonbinding LOI is a start, but I want to see the actual production timeline. Green methanol requires significant hydrogen input. Where is the energy coming from to make this carbon neutral, and is the infrastructure actually there to support it?

Always the same story with these projects. They announce the offtake to get the financing, but the actual build out usually hits a wall when they realize the cost of the feedstock or the local power constraints.

Looks like a play to bundle SAF and green methanol under one roof. It makes sense for the customers, but the merger has to close first. Lots of corporate shuffling here before a single gallon of fuel is actually delivered.
