XCF Global closes renewable fuel and carbon credit deal with Southern Energy Renewables and DevvStream
northjersey.comXCF Global completed an all-stock combination that makes Southern Energy Renewables and DevvStream wholly owned subsidiaries. The expanded company covers renewable diesel and sustainable aviation fuel production at its Reno facility, plus a gasification pathway for agricultural waste and an internal team for carbon credits and other environmental attributes. XCF updated its 2027 outlook to gross product sales of $650-700 million, net revenue of $120-130 million, and EBITDA of $70-75 million. The deal matters for carbon and clean fuel markets because it puts environmental asset monetization inside the fuel producer. That could help XCF capture more value from renewable fuel incentives and carbon credits, but those revenue streams depend on verification, buyers, and policy support. The 2030 targets of over $1.4 billion in gross sales and $300 million in EBITDA are forward-looking statements, not projections, and the risk factors still flag disputes over the Reno ground lease and outstanding lender issues.
