XCF Global (NASDAQ: SAFX) closed its all-stock merger with Southern Energy Renewables and DevvStream, folding both companies into a vertically integrated alternative energy platform. The combined business covers renewable diesel and sustainable aviation fuel production, biomass gasification development, and in house carbon credit and environmental attribute monetization. XCF says the deal supports domestic fuel supply and creates new uses for agricultural waste. The company updated its 2027 outlook to gross product sales of $650 to $700 million, net revenue of $120 to $130 million, and EBITDA of $70 to $75 million. Its 2030 targets call for more than $1.4 billion in gross product sales and over $300 million in EBITDA. Those figures are forward looking and depend on tax credits, feedstock costs, and successful integration. Investors should weigh the stated targets against known risks. XCF still faces disputes tied to the New Rise Reno facility ground lease and lender obligations, plus Nasdaq listing compliance. The merger gives it more pathways and more moving parts, so the next few quarters of production data will matter more than the press release numbers.
