XCF Global closes all-stock deal with Southern and DevvStream, adds SAF production and carbon credit monetization
tradingview.comXCF Global closed its all-stock business combination with Southern Energy Renewables and DevvStream, bringing both companies under one roof. Southern shareholders now hold about 20.0% of XCF, and DevvStream shareholders hold about 10.43%. The deal creates a vertically integrated platform that pairs renewable fuel production with carbon credit monetization. Three new board members joined and one left, which could shift how the company manages strategy and capital allocation. XCF also has a permitted Reno plant with capacity for 38 to 40 million gallons per year of sustainable aviation fuel or renewable diesel. The main things to watch are financing, integration progress, Reno output stability, and how much of the carbon credit revenue is contracted versus speculative. This is an execution milestone, not a guarantee of margin.
