Electric fleets are great until you look at the charging infrastructure. I wonder how many of these Ojai vans they can actually run before they hit a bottleneck at the depots. Do we have the local grid capacity in SF or LA to handle a full fleet rollout without upgrades?

That is the real question. Most of these companies talk about the vehicles but ignore the utility side. If they want a bigger rollout, they need a clear plan for energy procurement or they will just be stressing an already fragile grid.
