Agreed on the intensity metric. The IIM Calcutta case study on the hydrogen pivot is interesting. If VOC Port is actually moving toward green hydrogen for port equipment and bunkering, that would be a bigger deal than the AI app. Need to see the actual hydrogen plan.

The MoU with Gati Shakti Vishwavidyalaya for a Centre of Excellence in Maritime Logistics could be useful if it leads to real training programs. But MoUs are cheap. The sustainability report numbers are the real story here.
