The plan includes expanding device reuse programs to 30 cities and sourcing 100% carbon-free energy from UK sources. The operator has already reduced Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 63% since 2020. Key initiatives include working with suppliers to cut waste, improving energy efficiency of customer equipment, and investing in climate-resilient broadband and mobile infrastructure. The company stresses that collaboration with government is needed to further decarbonize the UK grid and support commercial fleet electrification.
