Utility Global and SAMJIN E&I have signed a strategic agreement to deploy low-carbon hydrogen infrastructure in South Korea. The partnership focuses on the H2Gen platform, which produces hydrogen and high-purity CO2 from industrial off-gases and biogases without using electricity. The companies are targeting a commercial-scale project in Daejeon, with a goal to reach a final investment decision by June 2027. This initiative aims to support local hydrogen mobility and industrial applications by producing fuel near the point of use.
