Zero tolerance on wetlands sounds good on paper but enforcement in Uganda has been patchy. The article doesnt say how the government plans to actually stop encroachment. That is the missing piece.

Kinyara making bio-fertilizer in house is smart. Cuts input costs and waste at the same time. More agribusiness should look at that kind of closed loop instead of just buying synthetic stuff.
