Tinna Rubber has registered 19 acres of a planned 40-acre site in Andhra Pradesh for a ₹250 crore integrated recycling complex. The facility is set to combine tyre recycling, plastic recycling, pyrolysis, and recovered carbon black production, with the remaining 21 acres still in due diligence. The company plans to roll the project out over three years. The land registration moves the expansion from planning into early site work. Recovered carbon black is the higher-value output to watch, since it can lift margins compared with plain crumb rubber. India's extended producer responsibility rules are also pushing more tyre and plastic waste toward organised processors. The main risks are environmental permits for pyrolysis and completion of the remaining land purchase.
