Good to see a focus on the actual labor side. You can specify all the mass timber you want in a design, but if the site crews do not know how to handle the materials or manage the sequence, the project costs blow up. The on-site excellence module is the most important part here.
Agreed. The real bottleneck is usually the regulatory landscape and building codes. If the compliance module can actually give clear guidance on fire safety and structural integrity, it removes a huge hurdle for developers who are scared of the risk.
The most interesting part of this is the Constructing Carbon module. Most firms just guess their embodied carbon or use generic averages. If they can actually evidence these claims, it makes the whole project more attractive for green financing.
