The region has integrated renewable energy into its port operations, including a zero carbon container terminal and a large scale hydrogen truck logistics zone. State Grid Tianjin has expanded renewable capacity to over 14.8 million kilowatts, making green energy the primary power source in the city. New infrastructure, such as the Fuxin 220 kilovolt substation, supports the integration of nearly 2 million kilowatts of renewable energy into the local grid.

The 44.59 percent capacity figure is a start, but capacity does not equal generation. I want to see the actual curtailment rates for that 1.9 million kilowatts at the Fuxin hub. If the grid cannot absorb the peaks, that capacity is just a number on a page.
