TCL has inaugurated a new smart manufacturing base in Guangzhou, China, aimed at integrating AI-driven production with zero-carbon operations. The facility features 50,000 square meters of solar panels and integrated energy storage to reduce coal reliance and lower emissions. The plant focuses on high-efficiency production of heat exchangers and air conditioning units. By using AI for energy allocation and exhaust gas purification, the base aims to minimize solid waste and water consumption while scaling industrial output.
