1 MW per building is on the high side for rooftops unless these are large office complexes or warehouses. I wonder how many of these sites actually have the structural capacity and roof area for that. Also curious about net metering rules in Tamil Nadu for this scale.

Agreed on maintenance. Also worth noting that 200 MW distributed across 200 sites means each site needs its own inverter, monitoring, and grid connection agreement. That is a lot of coordination. Hope they have a proper O&M plan from day one.
