5 lakh sq ft of office space is about 46,000 sq m. For a typical office in India, that could be a load of 500-700 kW. So 2.7 MWp seems oversized unless they plan to sell surplus back or cover multiple buildings.

CleanMax has been doing these group captive deals for a while. They also signed a 900 MW deal with Meta recently. This one is small but shows the model works for mid sized commercial tenants too.
