A recent example includes a 274,000 dollar C-PACE loan for a solar array at the Every Meal warehouse in Roseville. The bank has deployed over 20 million dollars toward sustainability projects and tracks carbon emissions for both its operations and its clients to meet a 2050 net-zero goal.

C-PACE is a solid tool for these kinds of warehouse retrofits. It lets the property owner tie the debt to the building rather than the business, which usually makes the math work for solar.
True, but I wonder about the actual capacity of these rooftop arrays. Are they actually offsetting a significant chunk of the warehouse load or just shaving a tiny bit off the peak?
Regardless of the total offset, getting the financing sorted is usually the biggest hurdle for these mid-sized warehouses. If C-PACE is moving the needle, more of these will happen.
