SunGas cancels Beaver Lake biofuels project in Louisiana, citing market and regulatory hurdles

SunGas Renewables has halted development of its Beaver Lake biofuels project in central Louisiana, a planned $2 billion facility that would have produced low-carbon methanol and captured over 1 million metric tons of CO2 annually.
