Agreed. I am more interested in the partner contracts. If ethanol plants are walking away, the capacity factor of the whole system drops. Does Summit have a backup plan for the volume, or is this just a slow wind down?

This is a mess. You cannot build massive carbon infrastructure when you are fighting every single county and the Dakotas have already shut the door. The routing change is just a band aid on a project with no clear path to completion.
