STMicroelectronics has reaffirmed its sustainability roadmap, aiming for full carbon neutrality across Scopes 1 and 2, as well as selected Scope 3 categories. The company is working toward sourcing 100% of its electricity from renewable sources by the end of 2027. As an integrated device manufacturer with 49,000 employees, the company's shift to green energy is a significant move for the semiconductor industry's carbon footprint. These goals were highlighted alongside recent leadership appointments to its Supervisory Board.
