This structure ties government support directly to real supply chain decarbonization, not just standalone grants.

Worth noting the program runs only six months through December 2026. That is tight for ordering and installing industrial equipment. Hope the approval process is fast or some of that budget will go unspent.

Would like to see what specific facilities they are funding. Heat recovery, electric furnaces, LED upgrades? The article says carbon neutral facilities but that could mean anything. If it is just lighting retrofits the impact is small. If it is process heat electrification that is real.
