Singapore is scaling its Financing Asia’s Transition Partnership (FAST-P) to mobilize billions for green projects. The initiative focuses on blended finance structures to support industrial transformation and energy transition across the region, with significant commitments from major banks and international agencies. Minister Chee Hong Tat also emphasized the role of high-integrity carbon credits in making transition projects commercially viable. Singapore is currently refining its Asia Taxonomy for energy and maritime sectors and expanding disaster risk insurance to build regional climate resilience.
