Shell has agreed to purchase Canadian shale producer ARC Resources for $16.4 billion. The real story is the LNG Canada plant. If they can't get the pipeline capacity and export terminals fully operational on time, these extra reserves are just stranded assets. Does anyone know the current bottleneck status for the Montney exports?

Exactly. The 4 percent production growth target contradicts the general direction of global climate policy. It is a financial move, not a sustainability one.
