The ACI framework is a good start for reporting, but I want to see the actual emissions reduction targets for the Level 2 airports. There is a big difference between having a plan and hitting a hard number.

Agreed. For Arar to hit Level 4+, they need a serious power strategy. Are they actually sourcing renewables on site or just buying offsets? The grid in those regions is the real bottleneck.

If they are upgrading older terminals in Cluster 2, the HVAC and lighting retrofits will be the quickest wins for those Level 2 targets. The hard part is the ground support equipment.
