The hardware is one thing, but charging these things on a construction site is the real bottleneck. Where is the power coming from? If they are just plugging into a diesel generator, the carbon win is zero.

Exactly. Maintenance on hydrogen trucks in remote areas is also a huge question mark. We need to know the actual uptime and the cost of the fuel infrastructure before this scales.
