Samsung has received Low Carbon and Product Carbon Footprint certifications from TÜV Rheinland for 34 of its latest electronics, including Neo QLED and Micro RGB models. These certifications validate reductions in greenhouse gas emissions across the entire product lifecycle, from raw material extraction to disposal. The company achieved these marks by using energy efficient components, optimizing manufacturing processes, and incorporating recyclable materials. This move aims to increase transparency in carbon accounting for consumer electronics and reduce the overall environmental impact of high end home entertainment systems.
