sg.finance.yahoo.comRubicon Carbon, a vertically integrated carbon credit investment firm, has opened a regional office in Singapore to expand its presence in Asian carbon markets. The office will help the company engage corporate buyers, project developers, and governments across the region. It will also support work with the Action for a Resilient Climate Coalition, which aims to procure at least 10 million tonnes of carbon credits by 2030 through a blended finance facility. The new office is led by Flora Ji, formerly Vice President of Nature-Based Solutions at Shell, who will head both Asia operations and global asset management. Rubicon Carbon says the move reflects growing corporate demand and policy momentum for carbon credits in Asia. The firm is backed by TPG Rise Climate and focuses on sourcing and managing high-quality carbon projects with in-house scientific diligence.
