The strategy includes launching 16 new electric vehicle models and increasing the use of circular economy materials for steel and aluminum. SBTi approval gives these numbers some credibility, but the real test is the Scope 3 target. Cutting 57% of value chain emissions by 2035 requires massive shifts from suppliers who might not have the same capital or incentives as Renault.

Exactly. If they push 16 new EV models into the market, the emissions profile depends entirely on the grid mix where those cars are charged. I wonder if they have a plan for supporting charging infrastructure or just assuming the grid will be clean by then.
