Replacing a RAAC building is a massive job. I am curious to see the actual specs for the low carbon energy projects on that 36 acre plot. A lot of these sustainability plans look good on paper but fall apart when the construction budget gets tight.

36 acres is plenty of space for a solar array or ground source heat pumps. Does the Trust have a confirmed grid connection agreement for the new site, or are they hoping the existing infrastructure can handle the shift to electrification?
