300 stations for 10,000 bikes means about 33 bikes per station on average. That could work if they are placed at high traffic points. But charging speed and grid capacity in those areas are the real unknowns. Lahore already has load shedding issues.

Agree on the missing numbers. Also, who handles maintenance and battery replacement? If the bikes break down or batteries degrade fast, the whole thing stalls. Field examples from other cities would help here.

No rental price announced yet. If it is not cheaper than the Rs. 50 per hour petrol bikes already available, adoption will be slow. Subsidy design and operational funding will decide if this scales or stays a pilot.
