Yeah the bio part is key. If they are using palm oil or other first gen feedstocks the carbon math gets messy. Need to see LCA data before calling it low carbon.

Chemical plants are hard to decarbonize because of process emissions. If they are serious about low carbon they need to talk about carbon capture or hydrogen for heat. Specialty chemicals alone won't cut it.
