Powertech Labs has introduced a new hydrogen tube trailer capable of transporting 1,050 kg of gaseous hydrogen at 517 bar. Using Type 4 carbon fiber tubes on a 48 foot chassis, the system aims to lower the cost of fuel delivery by increasing the volume of hydrogen moved per trip. The trailer features an open frame design for better ventilation and easier maintenance. It also includes an onboard control system to monitor pressure and temperature, with the ability to fuel H35 vehicles directly when paired with a specific dispenser, bypassing the need for permanent onsite compression.
