Agree on the timeline, but the public-private K-GX cluster is where policy details matter. If the goal is a southeastern decarbonization hub around HyREX, the incentives for clean hydrogen production and the carbon accounting rules for steel exports will decide whether it works. A model at an expo is not the same as a functioning ecosystem.
