Renewable energy progress in India is real, solar capacity has grown fast. But the article doesn't mention storage or transmission bottlenecks. Meeting Paris goals is good, but the next step is cutting coal. Also, per capita emissions being low doesn't mean absolute emissions are low, India is third largest emitter.
