Plug Power announced a strategic partnership with Arcadia eFuels, including a 280 MW electrolyzer supply agreement for Project ENDOR in Denmark. The facility aims to produce 110 tons of renewable hydrogen per day, which will be combined with captured CO2 to make synthetic sustainable aviation fuel. The agreement also names Plug as preferred supplier for four additional projects with over 1 GW potential, though deliveries depend on final investment decisions. The deal aligns with EU ReFuelEU Aviation rules requiring synthetic fuel use from 2030. Plug shares rose nearly 3% intraday after the announcement, and HC Wainwright reiterated a Buy rating with a $7 target. The project is still pending a final investment decision, so execution risk remains for the broader pipeline.
