Pennsylvania DEP Advisory Council to Hear Carbon Capture Presentation, Discuss Coal Mining Damage and Air Quality Rules on June 23

Pennsylvania's DEP Citizens Advisory Council meets June 23 to receive a presentation on carbon capture, utilization, and sequestration from the Kleinman Center for Energy Policy at the University of Pennsylvania. The agenda also includes discussion of public comments on the DEP's Act 54 report covering damage from underground coal mining, along with proposed changes to air quality regulations under Chapters 121 and 127 and a proposal to rescind the state's Heavy-Duty Diesel Program.
