Chinese bicycle brand Pardus is entering the European market with a vertically integrated production model. Unlike many competitors, the company manages the entire carbon fiber process in house, from sourcing raw Toray fibers and developing proprietary resins to weaving and molding frames in its 100,000 square meter facility. The company is shifting its business strategy for Europe, moving away from direct online sales toward a traditional dealer network. To reduce logistics emissions and lead times, Pardus has established centralized assembly and warehousing in Poland to serve twenty one countries.
