Oxford University Hospitals is launching a ten month study to optimize heat networks at John Radcliffe and Churchill hospitals. Funded by the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero, the project aims to improve energy efficiency and reduce carbon emissions across the hospital estate. The study will analyze heat generation and distribution to ensure low carbon technologies work together effectively. Findings will guide future heating strategies and explore how the hospitals can integrate into the wider Oxford District Heat Network Partnership.
