Oil India and Canada's PTRC Partner on Carbon Capture, Geothermal Energy, and Clean Tech

The agreement aims to deepen energy cooperation between India and Canada as both countries pursue sustainability goals. The partnership will focus on geological sequestration and mineralization of captured carbon dioxide, development of enhanced oil recovery technologies with reduced environmental footprint, and identification of business opportunities through industry partnerships and research networks. It also includes engagement with mc2+, India's petroleum ministry-backed startup platform, to drive innovation-led research in subsurface energy technologies.
