The Ohio Tax Credit Authority has approved incentives for five projects, including a significant expansion of additive manufacturing in Northeast Ohio. A partnership with Carbon 3D aims to onshore high-precision 3D printing capabilities, creating 72 new jobs and increasing domestic production capacity. These investments are part of a broader state effort to build a hub for advanced manufacturing and industrial technology. Along with the Carbon 3D project, the state is supporting growth in electrical engineering and HR tech to diversify the regional economy.
