NSCC International and London-based Hiperpile have partnered to bring low-carbon foundation technology to the GCC region. The system reduces the amount of concrete and reinforcement needed for building foundations, lowering the embodied carbon of major construction projects. Beyond structural support, the Hiperpile system allows for renewable energy capture and storage within the foundations. This technology can be used to provide efficient cooling systems for buildings, reducing long-term operational energy costs and carbon emissions.
