NorthX Climate Tech has allocated $3 million in non-dilutive funding to four Canadian companies targeting high-emission industrial sectors. The investments support the development of low-temperature hydrogen production, electric actuators to stop methane venting, and electrochemical processes for zero-carbon lime production. These projects aim to de-risk early-stage climate technologies and accelerate pilot deployments in British Columbia. The funding focuses on practical, hard-tech solutions that can be integrated into existing industrial infrastructure to reduce carbon footprints and improve supply chain resilience.
