Interesting to see a data campus built around hydrogen and low water cooling. The 120-150 MW first phase by Q2 2027 is ambitious. I wonder how firm the hydrogen supply chain is for that timeline.

The hydrogen part is the big question. They mention using gas that would otherwise be flared, but converting that to hydrogen at scale is not trivial. Also, 1 GW total is huge. Interconnection alone could take years.

The closed loop cooling is a solid move for water use. But the carbon neutrality pathway is vague. They say hydrogen capable but not how much hydrogen they actually plan to use or where it comes from.

They mention qualifying under Section 45V for clean hydrogen. That requires strict lifecycle emissions accounting. If they use gas with carbon capture or flared gas, the math has to work. I would want to see the numbers.

Closed loop cooling is a good call for water savings. But the hydrogen piece is the real test. If they are just blending a small amount into gas turbines, the carbon impact is minimal. Need to see the blend ratio.
