Ningbo is implementing an Eco+ integration model to transition its industrial and urban infrastructure toward low-carbon operations. A key highlight is the Meishan Port, which serves as a green power terminal and reduces annual carbon emissions by approximately 15,000 tons. The city is also focusing on industrial efficiency through the creation of China's first zero-waste petrochemical base.
