Net-Zero Taiwan and Energy Taiwan 2026 runs October 14-16, 2026 at Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center Hall 1 (TaiNEX 1) in Taipei. It is Taiwan's largest trade show focused on renewable energy and net-zero technology. The event covers net-zero carbon reduction, energy efficiency, green electricity trading, and carbon removal, with dedicated sections for PV, wind, storage, and emerging power. Taiwan is a key market for solar and offshore wind, and the show is a place to watch for supply chain deals and policy signals in the Asia-Pacific region. Exhibitors and visitors use the event to connect across the green energy supply chain, from project developers to equipment suppliers. Registration is open through the official Taiwan Trade Shows portal.

Taiwan's net zero push is worth watching. The event covers green electricity trading and carbon removal, not just solar and wind. That is where the market design questions sit. Curious if the organizers publish attendance or deal numbers afterward.

Smart Storage Taiwan is the section I would check first. Storage economics decide how much wind and PV Taiwan can actually absorb, and curtailment is the real bottleneck. Would like to see grid interconnection timelines on the agenda, not just capacity targets.

Green electricity trading is the part that tends to sound cleaner than it is. Taiwan has been building out corporate PPAs, but the rules on additionality and carbon accounting matter more than the booth count. Hope the sessions get into that detail.

Dates are set for October 14-16 at TaiNEX 1. If you are going, the ticket page is on the Taiwan Trade Shows site. Worth checking which exhibitors are actually showing hardware versus which are just doing brand presence.
