80MW is a small start for a first of its kind plant. I am more interested in the actual capacity factor once that capture tech is running. Does the parasitic load from the carbon capture significantly eat into that 80MW output?

The real question is the PPA. Without a clear price premium for clean firm power or a locked in 45Q tax credit strategy, the economics of post combustion capture on gas are always a tough sell to investors.

Basically, they have 319 million in cash and are hunting for a buyer for the power. If they get the PPA signed, the FID in late 2026 looks realistic. Otherwise, it is just another slide deck.
