Neogenyx Fuels has started construction on a renewable natural gas plant at the Adams Land and Cattle feedlot in Broken Bow, Nebraska. The facility uses anaerobic digesters to capture methane from manure, preventing approximately 63,700 metric tons of CO2 equivalent emissions annually. The project produces 1.2 million MMBtu of pipeline-quality RNG per year for the transportation sector. It leverages federal incentives, including the Inflation Reduction Act and the Section 45Z clean fuel production tax credit, to turn agricultural waste into a low-carbon energy source.
