The projects span ministries, AIIMS institutions, educational campuses, and residential complexes. The company targets a total of 13.41 MW across 269 buildings, part of a government push to saturate rooftop solar on public infrastructure. A recent 485 kWp installation at Lok Bhawan in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, was inaugurated by the state governor. Once fully operational, the 13 MW portfolio is expected to cut thousands of tonnes of CO2 annually. NBCC also incorporates green building principles and energy efficiency into its construction projects, aligning with India's net zero goals.
