The AI waste pilot in their NY office is interesting. Spare-It platform to track recycling and composting. Would like to see actual diversion rates and cost savings though. Too many pilots stay pilots.

Net zero by 2050 is the standard corporate timeline now. The real test is the interim targets and whether they are actually cutting absolute emissions or just buying offsets. Report does not break out Scope 3 reduction trajectory clearly.

Nasdaq framing sustainability as integral to the financial system makes sense. If they want to be the trusted fabric, they need to show their own house is in order. The employee donation match and volunteer hours are nice but that is table stakes for a company this size.
