Training is great, but the real bottleneck is usually the cost of the equipment for the students to practice on. I hope they have actual heat pumps and PV arrays on site, not just diagrams.

Exactly. Also, adding more installers is only half the battle. If the local DNOs can't handle the interconnection requests for all these new PV and EV setups, the installers will just be staring at a backlog.
