Namibia is developing a Sectoral Transformation Investment Plan to secure up to 250 million USD in concessional climate finance. The initiative focuses on decarbonizing industrial processes, improving mineral beneficiation, and expanding low-carbon manufacturing. The government has already shortlisted 78 projects covering clean energy, grid storage, and system integration. This pipeline aims to move the country from policy planning to actual implementation by attracting private investors and multilateral development banks.
